Are you New to Pole?  We recommend new students to join us in Intro to Pole 

Intro to Pole is recommended for those who have never taken a pole class with us before. Students will learn basic beginner pole fundamentals and terminology. Class consists of a warm up and cool down stretch, beginner pole moves, tricks, spins, transitions, climbs and floor work.
Students should wear comfortable workout attire such as shorts, t-shirt or tank top. No street clothes or jewelry. Skin sticks to the pole, fabric slips. No shoes are needed. Students may wear heels when they can perform the moves and spins properly while barefoot. It is not recommended to wear heels while learning new moves. Do not apply any lotions or oils to your skin prior to class. Class Begins On Time so arrive at least 5 minutes early. No late entry will be allowed for safety reasons and in respect to our other students.
