Are you New to Pole or our Studio? We recommend new students to join us in Intro to Pole or Beginner Pole Series.

This is a 4 week progressive class specifically designed for beginners that consists of a warm up and stretch, beginner pole moves, tricks, spins, transitions and pole mounts. No Pole Sharing in this Class (That means no standing around waiting for your turn on the pole). Class meets once a week for a total of 4 classes. Students should wear shorts and a tank top. No leggins, street clothes or jewelry. Skin sticks to the pole, fabric slips. No shoes are needed however you may wear athletic shoes for the warm up. Students may wear heels when they can perform the moves and spins properly while barefoot. It is not recommended to wear heels while learning new moves. Do not apply any lotions or oils to your skin prior to class.
